Chocolate Only
Prefer to skip the alcohol? Soft drinks are available for purchase. Kids 12+ are welcome with soft drinks.

The Chocolate Making Process
Temper the Chocolate
Learn the science and art of tempering chocolate to achieve that perfect glossy snap.
Craft the Shells
Pour and shape your truffle shells using professional molds — the foundation of every great truffle.
Fill with Ganache
Pipe smooth, rich chocolate ganache into each shell. This is where the magic happens.
Seal & Finish
Cap each truffle with a final layer of chocolate and let them set to perfection.
Box & Take Home
Package your creations in a beautiful box to take home — or gift to someone special.

Good to Know
Class Size
Maximum 12 participants per session. Larger groups are welcome — just inquire for availability. Group hours are flexible.
Ages
Children 12 and over are welcome. All participants under 16 must have an adult present. Soft drinks available for non-drinkers.
Alcohol
Must be 21+ to be served wine or beer. Wine and craft beer tastings are optional add-ons at $20/person.
Location
Classes are hosted at The Wine Experience on Cannery Row, Monterey, CA. Occasionally classes may need to be rescheduled due to The Wine Experience's own bookings — this is rare.
Pricing
$59 per guest, plus tax and gratuity. Wine or beer tasting add-on is $20 per person, plus tax.
