After ten years managing The Wine Experience - a beloved wine-tasting and blending lab on Cannery Row, Carrie discovered a chocolate-making class on a trip to Belgium that paired handcrafted chocolates with local beers. A new passion was born. Combining the art of chocolate making with the wines and beers she'd spent a decade curating, Chocolates & Cheers came to life. Exit retirement --- enter something delicious.
